Tina has over 25 years’ experience in diagnosing business needs and delivering a variety of Organisation Development, Wellbeing and Personal Development plans to cross-sector businesses.

Tina is a Senior Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in Training Needs Analysis and delivering a variety of Organisation Development Health, Wellbeing and Personal Development support to cross-sector businesses both at a local and international level.

From engagement (listening & understanding business and individual needs) through to developing bespoke programs and action plans, she has a high rate of success in developing teams and individuals leading to enhanced business performance.

From her previous hands-on role as a Consultant with PA Consulting, Tina has gained significant experience working across complex business environments helping to identify gaps, needs and alternative / better solutions. A good example of this would be with her involvement in a global e-commerce corporation where she worked with a team assessing the previous business model and was instrumental in recommending the creation of an outsource / co-source solution for their international e-commerce service operation. The work contributed to the integration of the company’s geographic business model which created their vision of a global virtual team.

Tina has also been involved in supporting corporate and SME businesses and has worked with businesses from the Renewable Energy, Hospitality & National Healthcare sectors over the last 6 years providing coaching, management consultancy and bespoke well-being solutions utilising Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and Neuroplasticity. She is also an accredited EQ-i practitioner.

Laura Flannagan
Co-Director & Lead Consultant

Laura is a Learning and Development consultant with over ten years’ experience within the public sector and third sector.

Laura is a Lead Consultant with over ten years’ experience. Her key strengths include supporting both individuals and teams in reaching stretch targets and delivering key objectives through building increased confidence, self-belief and creating an inter-dependent working environment in which individuals and teams can thrive.

She is also experienced in the area of identifying specific client needs plus designing and delivering bespoke development solutions to optimise performance. She truly has a passion for people and uses creative means and methods to assist them in becoming highly effective and productive individuals.

Laura is a passionate professional, with a high level of personal credibility and continually strives to nurture and develop business relationships in order to exceed expectations and improve business performance. She is skilled at engaging employees in line with the vision, values and culture of the client organisation and gets enormous satisfaction from watching individuals and companies grow and thrive through empowering their people.

She has an intuitive style, well matched to supporting professionals through their journeys of personal growth and her specific expertise lies within the areas of emotional intelligence, well-being and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.

Stephen Cornwallis
Co-Director & Shareholder

Steve Cornwallis has spent the majority of his career to date working with and being dedicated to the support, progress, and professional development of people of all ages and abilities.

Steve is a Co-Director and Shareholder of Progressive Pathways. He started his career in the early 80s working in the quarrying industry initially, and for several years on the shopfloor. He then progressed through various levels of management (and across various parts of the business) to become Head of Procurement in the UK for one of the largest quarrying & mining companies in the world – Anglo American.

In 2011 he left the corporate world to join a small start-up engineering & technology company based in Scotland called Limpet Technology (which he now owns), and has since then been involved in establishing and funding several new / start-up businesses (including Progressive Pathways) across a wide spectrum of sectors.

He is a 'people-person' and has spent the majority of his career to date working with and being dedicated to the support, progress, and professional development of people of all ages and abilities. Steve’s hands-on business experience (and network) is a fantastic asset in the effective support, mentoring and development of the young workforce.

Steve is currently involved in supporting regional businesses with potential high-growth businesses as part of the local authority's Enterprise Programme.
